Yes. To ensure reliability and security, devices should generally be less than five years old and running a supported operating system, such as Windows 11 or macOS 14 (or newer). If you have older devices, we can review them with you and recommend an upgrade path.
Support for networking equipment (such as firewalls, switches, and access points), printers, and servers can be included, but it depends on your environment and hardware. We’ll review your setup and either bundle this into your managed plan or quote it separately so everything is clear up front.
